Big Ole Tractor Pulling Pancakes
If the cold, crisp air of an early fall morning in Alaska doesn’t get your appetite churning, we know what will. Walk in the door of Jim and Karen Hurd’s beautiful home overlooking Kachemak Bay and smell the aroma of bacon frying, maple syrup warming and Tractor-Pull Pancakes bubbling up on the skillet. This recipe makes enough to feed an army, but Karen promises you can freeze it for another day. It’s not only yummy, with all of these ingredients it must be good for you, too.
